Hangin' in there
Currently due to his condition and being in ICU, Connor is not accepting any visitors at this time.
Overnight he was able to go the distance on his 4hr trach flap test which lasteduntil midnight . He then rested the remainder of the night and began wrestling with the staff at 7am before we arrived.
We got our morning chat with Dr Soldevilla, Connor's neurosurgeon, prior to the CT Scan. All looks good and he is progressing along.
He did go on the trach flap this morning and was short of breath. He lasted only 15 mins before they put him back on the ventilator.
For the time being while he is recovering from the sleep meds used for the CT scan this morning, he will remain on the ventilator. Once these meds wear off they will perform another breathing test on him. More to come later today.
